Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors on kux9 will receive a 100% welcome bonus, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. If someone deposits ৳42,000, they will receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only to the account in whose name it is registered.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirements are met become withdrawable.
• If irregularities or fraud are found in connection with any bonus offer, kux9 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• kux9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not successfully registered due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

The results of all games are recorded on the server. In the event of a dispute, the server log records will be treated as final evidence. kux9's decision in such matters is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Attempting to launder money through account transactions.
